As a personal development and wellness coach, I integrate psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches to help individuals achieve what I call "360 Bliss"—a holistic state of well-being that encompasses the mind, body, and soul. I believe that true happiness and fulfillment come from nurturing every aspect of our lives.

As a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a certified health and wellness coach, and a Marriage and Family Therapy student at Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, I have a comprehensive understanding of holistic health and wellness. My training enables me to psychoeducate, psychoanalyze, and employ cognitive behavioral techniques to assist clients in achieving their wellness goals. Whether it's improving self-esteem, breaking destructive patterns, increasing self-awareness, or healing from past wounds, I am equipped to guide individuals on their journey to a healthier and more fulfilling life.

Drawing from my own journey through generational trauma, a wounded childhood, relationship setbacks, and life transformations, I bring a deeply empathetic understanding to my work with clients. This personal perspective allows me to connect on a deeper level, helping individuals in uncovering and addressing the emotional or psychological issues impacting their relationships, triggers, defense mechanisms, daily lives, and overall potential.
